When it comes to crafting each candle, we take great care and pride in the process, hand pouring each one right here in Chicago, IL.To ensure your candle arrives in pristine condition, we've implemented a multi-step shipping process. Please note that we only ship on Mondays through Wednesdays to prevent candles from sitting in hot trucks over the weekends. Additionally, we may include a cooling dry ice packet in your order, depending on the weather, to help regulate temperature during transit. Please be sure to dispose of this packet as soon as you open your package.
