What kind of wax do you use?

Our soy wax is imported from the UK, it is vegan friendly and biodegradable.

Are your candles and diffusers phthalate free?

YES! All of our fragrances we use are free of phthalates and not on the Prop 65 list.

How long will my order take to process?

While we try to get all orders out in 1-5 days, we get busy during holidays. Allow up to 8 business days for us to process and ship your order.


Shipping Policy:

 2. Flat Rate: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all orders shipped within the United States. Regardless of the weight or size of your order, you can enjoy the convenience of a consistent shipping cost.

 3. Delivery Timeframe: Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or holidays may impact the delivery timeframe. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

 4. Tracking Information: For your convenience, we provide tracking information for all domestic shipments. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package on the USPS website.

 5. Address Accuracy: It is important to ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up to date. We cannot be held responsible for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

 6. Order Processing: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Please note that order processing may take longer during peak seasons or holidays.

 7. Shipping Restrictions: Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations imposed by federal or state laws. We comply with all applicable regulations, and if any restrictions apply to your order, we will notify you promptly.
