All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays. We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 for priority shipping on all orders, regardless of size or weight. Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 1-4 business days via priority shipping, depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way, so you can monitor its progress.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
